Northern California International Dragon Boat Festival The 25th Annual Northern California International Dragon Boat Festival will be held on September 19 and 20, 2020 at Lake Merritt in Oakland, California.

The Northern Californian International Dragon Boat Festival is the largest competitive dragon boat festival in the United States, with over 130 dragon boat teams. This year teams will come from around the United States, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom! The event features a full scale family festival including cultural performances, Dragon Land - a large pavilion filled with fun arts and crafts, games, and other activities for children, rides, food and merchandise vendors, and much more!

A certainly very important message from our NCIDBF Race Directors! [Swag related!]

Hi Team Captains and Coaches!

We've had many requests post-race to order the iron-on patches and dryfit sublimation jerseys produced by Oddball. To accommodate this, we are taking post-race orders through Monday, October 7, 2019 at 9 pm. Please place your order through this website: http://sfdragonboat.com/post-race-shirts-patch

Once orders are submitted, we will reach out to you to discuss shipping or pickup options and send you a PayPal invoice reflecting your order and shipping cost.

A huge thanks to very own, Jimmy Chan, a very talented graphic designer who was also a founding member of DieselFish! Images of the iron-on patches and dryfit jerseys can be found on the second page of the order form.

Did you catch Lincoln High School Coach F***y Chen and Race Director Hans Wu live today on KTVU Fox morning news? Paddlers, we know you'll all agree with F***y when she said, "When you watch from the shore, it looks fluid, it looks easy, but when it comes to training for it, the amount of disciplines it takes (is) crazy!" Good luck to all the teams training for next week's race!
