Year #2 for a custom table as our main auction item. The table top is a live edge oak plank. Talked with EZ Pete Interiors about using their laser to engrave the wood. It was kind of a last minute thing but they knocked it out of the park even with their busy show schedule. A huge thanks to them for working with us. Thursday night a big push from Forrest Hurst, LeRoy Baxter, Trevor Coufal and myself(Brock) to get the epoxy laid down. A few minor blemishes but for our first time, we did great!
The base was a joint effort, W.L. Anderson Livestock and Grain LLC donated the wheel, the stand was built and donated by Chrome N' Steel Truck & Trailer Repair LLC. Wheel was polished by Zach Almquist. A huge thank you to Zach, he picked that wheel up Thursday night at like 9pm and brought it back to us Friday morning first thing!! Any polishing needs get ahold of this guy, he does an AWESOME job!
Lastly, to everyone who bid on this, thank you! Randal Steinbach with the top bid of $1600!! I never thought it would bring that! You guys all make this show happen, even with all the rain and the last minute change of venue. But from the bottom of my heart, thank you all!!
