New Rider Homework – Please Complete Before Saturday Training

If you have not trained with us in a prior season, we have a small but important assignment for you to complete during the week. This preparation allows us to maximize our time on the bike and minimize classroom/clinic time during Saturday training.

Click on the RESOURCES tab, then select CYCLING 101.

From there, complete the following:
1. Watch all 7 videos under Bike Riding Skills
2. Then go to Bike Check and Maintenance and watch the video titled "How to Do an ABC Bike Check"

Completing this ahead of time helps ensure everyone starts training confident, prepared, and ready to ride safely. Thank you for taking the time to invest in your skills—we can’t wait to ride with you
