Formerly the Norwich Arts Council, the Norwich Arts Center is a non-profit arts org in the Chelsea Arts District of Downtown Norwich featuring 2 galleries and a theater with a remarkable line-up of programming. Since 1987, NAC has been a local mecca for artists, performers and fans of culture in the city of Norwich and in the region. NAC has also been designated as a Local Arts Agency, partially f
