Leif Erikson Festival doesn't happen by accident — it happens because of the people who show up, year after year for their community.
As we count down to October 10th, we want to say thank you to this year's crew:

🎉 Carol Sundstrom — the Viking Funeral, parade floats, the NAPS award for the royal court, and more
🏆 Barb Thorne — event lead and the original organizer of Leif Erikson Day
🎁 Steve & Deb Tinti — day-of parade assistance and gifts for kids
📣 Kenzie Williamsen, DDA staff — marketing materials, distribution, and promotion
