To My Dance Family,

After decades of leading Rhee Gold’s DanceLife, I am thrilled to share some exciting news. I will be passing the ownership of my life's mission to Michelle Soutier, a long-time presenter, leader, and someone whose heart is totally in rhythm with our mission to inspire the dance world. Michelle also owns two thriving schools in North and South Carolina with nearly 3,000 students, making her one of the most respected and successful studio owners in North America.

I know the future of DanceLife is in great hands with Michelle. Her vision, dedication, and love for our community will carry us into a new era of growth, connection, and inspiration.

And here’s the part that is so cool for me: I’m not going anywhere! For the first time in my life, I’ll step into the role of employee, freeing me to return to my roots as a creative visionary. I will be developing new programs, producing unforgettable events, and creating resources to serve you in fresh and exciting ways.

Our amazing team will continue right alongside us, and we look forward to adding even more incredible talent to help us dream bigger and reach further.

In the coming months, get ready for inspiring upgrades, a 30th Anniversary DanceLife Teacher Conference like nothing we’ve ever done before, and the foundation for the next 30 years of this amazing journey.
