🎭 Entertainer Expo Returns — and It’s Coming to Denver, CO! 🎨✨

April 20–23, 2026 | Delta Hotels Denver Thornton

The wait is finally over—Entertainer Expo is back! This incredible four-day event brings together artists, creators, and performers of every kind for hands-on learning, collaboration, and inspiration.
With 7 classrooms and 4 schedule blocks per day, you’ll be able to dive deep into multiple tracks including face painting, body painting, SFX makeup, cosplay, costuming, puppetry, magic, balloons, and more!

🎟️ Tickets go on sale for ONE WEEK ONLY — December 8–14, 2025.

Attendance will be capped to ensure every attendee gets the best possible experience, so don’t miss your chance!

🏨 Hosted at the beautiful Delta Hotels Denver Thornton, attendees who book within the exclusive room block will receive special perks and benefits.

We’re planning 30–40 talented instructors across all tracks, and we’re now accepting instructor applications and suggestions at [email protected].

Each evening, join us for community jams and nightly parties, all culminating in our Gala on Thursday night—a celebration of creativity, talent, and friendship.

Every attendee will receive an official certificate of attendance, and ticket packages start at $250 for all four days. Higher-tier ticket options include premium perks like airport transportation, expedited hotel check-in, and all-inclusive meals.

Wanted to give everyone an update as it's been a while.

No matter what we try for Orlando it's just not seeming to happen. We're still fighting with the original hotel that's now gone through 4 ownership changes in 2 years.. fun...

So we are looking at other fun locations in the March time frame next year (2026).

With the FP and entertainer conventions along the east coast or Midwest we figure it's time to give the other side of the country a show AND let our east coast friends explore a new city/state.

While we await final confirmation from the hotel, what instructors and classes do you want to see at Entertainer Expo?

SFX? Business? Festival management? Subcontracting? UV? Body painting? Camouflage?

Final decision time everyone;

April 4 - 6, 2025 with pre-classes on April 5th. This does put us very close to MAX which isn't optimal. MAX is more traditional Face Painting based where as we explore a lot of different tracks.

OR

September 5 - 7 with pre-classes on September 4th which is dead in the middle of Festival and Fair season.

Important Update: Entertainer Expo Rescheduled to Spring 2025

Dear Entertainer Expo Attendees and Vendors

We hope this message finds you well. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that the Entertainer Expo, originally scheduled for May 17 - 19, 2024, has been postponed.

After careful consideration, we have decided to reschedule the event to Spring 2025 to ensure the best event for our attendees and participants. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize for any disruption to your plans.

The new dates for the Entertainer Expo in Spring 2025 are currently TBD, we are working with our venue to secure the next dates and should have them within the week. We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience, and we believe this decision will allow us to provide a more enjoyable environment for everyone involved.

If you have already registered for the event, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled dates. However, if you are unable to attend the event on the new dates once announced, please contact [email protected] to discuss alternative options. We are announcing the postponement before we have dates to keep you all as updated as possible.
