📣 Venue Update!

We are so incredibly grateful for the continued love and support you’ve shown our event space. Because of that support, we’re excited to share that we now have a long-term renter in place!

At this time, we will not be accepting any new reservations until further notice. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but we’re thankful for this opportunity and what it means for the future of our space.

If you had previously inquired about a date or are currently booked, please reach out directly with any questions.

Our Pearl Street Pop-Up Winter Market this past Saturday was such a success, and we owe it all to YOU! ❄️✨

A huge thank you to every vendor who showed up ready to pour their heart into their booth, and to everyone who came out to shop local and support small businesses. These events wouldn’t be possible without this amazing community.

The McCormick has stayed busy over the last few months with so many incredible events, showers and birthday parties since opening and our pop-ups have quickly become a favorite!

If you’re looking for a small, charming event space in the Hendricks County area, we’d love to chat and help bring your gathering to life.

We’re almost there… and we’re so close to welcoming you in! 🎉✨

We just wrapped up our second soft opening event, and we’re feeling more ready than ever to open our doors to your private events starting this August!

Owning and renovating a historic building has been a journey…full of charm, surprises, and yes… a few hiccups along the way. This labor of love hasn’t been for the faint of heart, but every creaky floorboard and unexpected twist has been worth it to create something truly special.
