📺 Look Who Made The News!!📺

Our very own Hardaway Farms monster cabbage! 🥬 CEO, Kesha Cobb of The Sustainability Project Inc, picked up one of our many large cabbages and featured it on KATV Channel 7 News. ✨

She talked about the amazing benefits of cabbage (especially how it can help manage diabetes) and she even shared her yummy cabbage lo mein recipe.

Huge thanks to Kesha Cobb for the shoutout and support!

We still have plenty of these green giants and smaller ones as well , for purchase. Come grab yours at the farm this weekend before they are all gone.

CABBAGE LO MEIN RECIPE:

Shredded cabbage
Soy or Oyster sauce
Add Chicken or Shrimp (optional)
Simmer until done

Delivered this Hardaway Farms 8-pound cabbage 🥬 to McGehee, Arkansas this morning to a great customer. The best part was the 35 Bad Boys Motorcycle Club from Mississippi stopping by to take photos with the super cabbage!

Today has been a busy and exciting day! 😀 We are installing new flooring inside the event center and prepping the new walkway.

The sidewalk will connect the short term rental (Airbnb) to the event center and we are installing a concrete pad for food trucks. 🤩

We will also be announcing the date for our 1-year business anniversary celebration soon!

This has been an incredible journey! We thank all of you who have poured into this venture.

Our hearts are filled with gratitude. We are thankful you chose to share your celebrations with us. ( We have been busy)!!🙂

You turned this space into joy, laughter, and connections. Cheers to many more years of magic on the farm! ✨

In the days to come we will be posting some of our favorite highlights from year one, we will also be sharing a few new photos of the event center renovations and spilling the beans on our upcoming plans on hosting a celebration to show our gratitude! 🎈🎉
