25 years. Quarter of a century. Still got the original shirt.

Back in September 2001, our crew had one main request: put pockets on the front of our t-shirts for ci******es. Different times 🚬

Two of us still have those original gray shirts. The rest of you missed out.

Client question: "Why is laying down booth flooring so expensive? It's just a piece of floor."

Fair question. Here's what actually happens on day one of convention move-in 👇

First day on the floor and we're already problem-solving – electrical lines in the wrong spot, forklifts everywhere, and decisions to make about whether to stop the crew or work around issues.

After the vinyl goes down (this client wanted wood-look vinyl instead of carpet), we layer visqueen plastic on top. Why? Because when this show wraps, forklifts will be running all over this space. That protection is the difference between flooring we can use again and flooring that's destroyed.

At Xibit Solutions, we use either brand new flooring or "like new" – meaning it was protected properly and taken care of from start to finish.

The extra steps? That's what you're paying for. And that's what keeps your booth looking professional.

Someone asked why a "simple" 20 foot back wall costs what it costs. Here's why.
Before we even get to the show floor, we're finding crates, loading equipment, doing quality checks to make sure everything's ready. Then at the venue: unload, lay out, assemble, level it, check for missing parts. If something's not there, we do a shortage run.

This is a 12 foot high by 20 foot wide wall with one-piece SEG fabric graphics. Nothing about it is actually simple once you see what goes into it.

The install process matters. The details matter. And yeah, all of that has a cost.
