🚒🍒 CHERRY FEST FUND DRIVE 2026 — WEEK #1 IS HERE! 🍒🚒

📢 The countdown to the 79th Annual North East Fire Department Cherry Festival officially begins!

Starting Monday, June 1, volunteers from Fuller Hose Company #1 and Crescent Hose Company #2 will be hitting the streets for our annual community fund drive.

🚨 WEEK #1 SALES AREA 🚨

📍 North Boundary: Lake Erie
📍 South Boundary: Route 20
📍 West Boundary: Harborcreek Line
📍 East Boundary: Route 89

If you live within those boundaries, keep an eye out for our volunteers between:

🕕 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM each evening

💵 Cash Accepted
📝 Checks Accepted
💳 Debit & Credit Cards Accepted via Square

🎟️ For every $1 donated, you'll receive one ticket for our nightly cash prize drawings during Cherry Festival!

❤️ Your support helps provide critical funding that allows both volunteer fire departments to continue responding to:

🔥 Fires
🚑 Medical Emergencies
🚤 Water Rescues
🚗 Vehicle Accidents
🛟 Community Emergencies

The reality is simple: Funds raised during the Cherry Festival and annual fund drive help pay the departments' annual insurance premiums and provide critical funding that allows both volunteer departments to continue responding to emergencies throughout the year.

No problem!

🚒 Stop by either fire station on Tuesday nights between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM to purchase tickets.
📬 Completed tickets may also be dropped off at the Cherry Festival mailbox located at Crescent Hose Company.

Together, we're not just funding a festival — we're helping ensure the North East Fire Department remains ready when our community needs us most.

The North East Firemen’s Cherry Festival is now accepting vendor applications for the 79th Annual Cherry Festival, taking place July 15 – 18, 2026 in historic Downtown North East at Heard Park! 🇺🇸🎪

Thousands of visitors attend this beloved community tradition each year for great food, rides, entertainment, shopping, and family fun — and we’d love to have YOU be part of it! 🍔🛍️🎠

Whether you sell handmade items, crafts, specialty foods, unique products, or community services, this is a great opportunity to showcase your business during one of the region’s biggest summer events.

🎉🍒 It’s never too early to get excited for the Cherry Festival! 🎉🍒
We are thrilled to be getting started with planning, first with our grand parade! The parade will be taking place on July 18th and we hope to see everyone there! We love seeing friendly faces return to the parade, but are always glad to meet new people, too. If you or someone you know would like to participate in our parade, please fill out the form linked below and message us with any questions!
