Wishing all MCPS students a fabulous start to the school year! 📚✨

We’re proud to partner with Montgomery County Public Schools on providing free arts education programs through our Bloom Access Initiative.

Between after-school strings instruction, Step Up with Step Afrika! arts camps, and our beloved 2nd Grade Classical and 5th Grade Blues Concerts at the Music Center—we're working together to make the arts accessible to all students.💛

Our 2026 Arts and Social Justice Fellows explored that question through Sanctuary of Solace, an immersive exhibition featuring teenage bedrooms, reflection spaces, and a documentary screening.

Through the 6-month Arts and Social Justice Fellowship, presented with core partner Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, fellows were challenged to engage with social issues, and use art to express themselves and enact change.
