The Norristown Preservation Society is working to restore historic Selma Mansion in Norristown, PA, built in 1794 by General Andrew Porter (PA Surveyor General). His sons were PA Governor David Rittenhouse Porter, Secretary of War James Madison Porter and Michigan Territory Governor George Bryan Porter. Joseph Fornance, Historical Society of Montgomery County president, his wife Ellen Knox Fornance and their family. Major Joseph Knox Fornance, Montgomery County Bar president and Mrs. NPS also actively advocates for the preservation of all Norristown's historical architecture and history.

Our final event of the year is just two weeks away. We invite you to join us for a fun-filled day of holiday shopping. Our two-floor venue will feature a diverse range of vendors, readers, food options, and tattoo artists. Additionally, Santa Claus will be visiting us for holiday photos with your family, friends, and pets. Please note that the schedule for Santa photos will be posted shortly. Don't forget to bring your cameras. The event will run from 10am to 4pm, with convenient off-street parking.
Proceeds from event goes to the Norristown Preservation Society for the needs of Selma Mansion.
