VELO DOGS This is a TOUGH training ride (19-21 avg). We recommend you download the route ahead of time. There a The people pulling on the front will pedal on all downhills.

There are three route options available (short, medium, long). If you are planning on the short or medium route, you will not take any pulls. No attacking on climbs. There will be one regroup at 156th and Etowah for 2 minutes only. The rest stop is in Lexington which is more than halfway, so bring full bottles and nutrition.
