What a beautiful day! The heat wave broke, the sky was sunny and blue, and the bride radiant! The pictures just don't capture it- I'm still learning how to use my camera well :)

Check out the beautiful combination of flowers I get to work with in a few weeks. (please forgive the terrible photography though...it's hard to photograph and hold at the same time!) The flowers are for an upcoming wedding of a friend that I am so excited for. We did a trial run to play with ideas and plot out exactly what needs to be ordered. The bridesmaids are wearing a stunning shade of orange...I can't wait to see it all together!

Ok....so I know it's been a while. Sorry! I guess that's what happens when you do a week long family reunion followed by a sweet wedding in Albany. :) But I'm back and will be working on a wedding inspiration board thought up by seeing the NYC ballet's Midsummer's Night Dream performance...it was spectacular and very inspiring!
