Important Reminder! No motorized vehicles of any kind are permitted on the XC course. Following this rule is especially important this year as we try to preserve the footing (the course recently received excess amount of rain).

Please park on the pavement and plan to walk the course. Thank you!

Fences were decorated today! Huge thanks to our course designer and builder for setting the courses yesterday and today -- and to a large cadre of volunteers who added some color and visibility to them. We can't wait to see you all!

The schedule had to be shaken up with the consolidation of the Long Format, so there is a solid chance you are in a different division than you were in on Saturday.

Friday:
Dressage - OIP - Training
Show Jumping - OIP - Training

Saturday:
Dressage - ON - Intro
Show Jumping - Novice and Starter
Cross Country - Prelim (IP) - Training, Beginner Novice, Intro

Sunday:
Show Jumping - Beginner Novice, Intro
Cross Country - Novice, Starter

A a note from the Hoosier Horse Park:
* Some of the barns have changed letters, PLEASE make sure you are in the correct barn before you move into a stall. There will be stall cards on the front of each stall starting at around noon on Thursday. If you move into the wrong stall, you will likely will be asked to move - as lots of folks are coming as a group.

**URGENT UPDATE**

To all of our Three-Day riders

It is with deep regret that we must cancel the Classic Three-Day portion of the IEA Horse Trials.

As you may or may not be aware, the park has received an extraordinary amount of rain that renders many of the areas we use for the Three-Day, unusable. This decision was not made lightly. Our course designer, the XC builders, the HHP staff, IEA Board members and the Organizer all looked at many options and logistics. The unanimous decision was that it is in the best interest of the horses’ and riders’ safety to not run the Classic format.

We are gutted since we believe in the value and fun of the Classic Format and stand firm in the commitment to continue to offer it in the future and thank you for your understanding!

Any Three-Day rider that would like to redirect to the Horse Trials may do so and we are happy to refund the difference between the Three-Day and the Horse Trials entry fees, as well as any extra nights of stabling needed for the Three-Day. Any Three-Day rider who chooses not to compete will receive a full refund, less the office fee.

At this time, the recognized horse trials are still a go, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone and are working hard to give our competitors a good competition. Please let us know ASAP or before Monday if you would like to move into the Horse Trials as we have to rework the schedule.

Ride times will be reworked and posted on Monday May 25th. If you are one of the people who saw their ride times posted earlier today, PLEASE DISREGARD THOSE TIMES!!

Things are getting real and we’re less than a week from the start of the event!

Competitor email went out this morning! If you’re a rider and didn’t get it, please check your spam. If you are a parent, trainer, friend, someone who wants the email, please shoot us an email and we can forward it to you.

Please check all entries, to make sure they are complete. Any incomplete packet will be automatically charged a $50 late fee.
