Hey everyone! Thank you SO MUCH to all who participated, we seriously (and I mean SERIOUSLY) could not have done it without you! We will be donating the proceeds to Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society, a no-kill animal shelter in (you guessed it) Philadelphia! Hey y'all! 2 1/2 weeks till the con! Are you excited?! (We sure are, plus a little OMGITSCOMING) This week we would really like to gauge who is specifically planning on coming to the convention, so please type in response to this post "SPOOPY-CHAN" if you are!

We are also really really looking for Masquerade entries! You can register an entry pretty much up to the day before, we would like to be as flexible as possible with that~ Anything goes as long as it's not just walking on and off the stage in costume, please let us know if you would like to participate! Either message us through the page or email us at [email protected]!

OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS:

WE NEED PANELS! If you have a panel idea, please fill out the form above and email it to us! We have plenty of space available for panels and it's first-come-first-serve!

Also, if you have a relative or a friend or anyone you know that is age 10 or under, THEY GET IN FREE (with a paying age-18+ adult)!! The same costume contest rules will apply for the kids as well! Please encourage kids to come in ANIME or VIDEOGAME based costumes :D

HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE! Only 6-ish weeks until the con! :D

Some announcements this week:

-Because we want to encourage people to wear ANIME and VIDEOGAME-related costumes for the convention, we are going to be having a CONTEST! If you wear an ANIME or VIDEOGAME-related costume, your picture will be taken at the beginning of the con. After the con, we will pull ONE winner for the grand prize, and MULTIPLE winners for other prizes! So please come wearing your best and/or favorite anime cosplay! :D

-Unfortunately we will be unable to have the Haunted Hallway because of regulations with the campus and not being allowed to have stuff on the floors and walls that would obstruct the pathway >_> We will be sure to have lots of things to distract you elsewhere though!

-We are on the lookout for entries for our Masquerade! We are looking for DANCING and/or ACTING skits! No walk-on costume display entries will be taken because we already have a contest for that (see above) :) Please either message us through here or e-mail [email protected] to enter the Masquerade :D

-We are also looking for more VENDORS and ARTISTS for the SELLER ROOM! Please let us know if you have any VENDORS you would like to see at the SELLER ROOM so that we may contact them, and if you would like to apply as an individual ARTIST please also e-mail [email protected]!

Hey guys, we just found out that there seems to be a glitch saying that the tickets are sold out (this is absolutely NOT the case) ; we are working on this and if you were looking to pre-reg please hang in there and we hope to get this fixed as soon as possible :)

'Morning, All! Thank you so much for your support over the past few weeks! Right now we're still working on getting pre-registration set up in addition to some other things. Please stay tuned for more information, and as soon as we have pre-reg set up we'll let you all know :) In the meantime please let everyone know about Shikkaricon 2015 and keep those Likes coming! OH, and we'll also have prices listed at some point during this week :)

This year for Shikkaricon, since the date falls on October 31st, our convention will be HALLOWEEN-themed! There are going to be some Halloween-based events in addition to anime con staples and some of our own unique events as well!
