On August 25, 2012 I Tracy McNemar , as a retired marines wife was given (2) two tickets to go see one of the most amazing races of all times BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY'S NIGHT RACE!!!!!! IN BRISTOL TENNESSEE. I was lucky enough to be able to take my at the time (7) seven year old son James Hagan and my (14) fourteen year old daughter Loryell McNemar . Plus James' father George !!!! We also were lucky to get to see my sister's husband Tim and son plus his unit due to they are the military group that put on the show before the race!!
We arrived to the area the night before so that we would be sure to have plenty of rest and was ready for a great fun filled day!!!! We woke up and had our hot breakfast at the hotel and then left for the track to see everything due to this being my sons first race !!! Arriving before 10:00A.M. we had plenty of time to enjoy everything and not to be in any rush. About 1 1/2 hours before the race was to begin George took James to go find our assigned seats so that he would see everything. While Loryell and I headed back to the truck to put away what we had purchased that day.
After returning we waited at main area for the golf carts to carry people up to the top level of the track gate area for around (30) thirty minutes and then decided to walk up paved hill path that was only for walking to the ticket gate to go to our seats.
WHEN WE GOT TO THE GATE THE SECURITY/ PEOPLE THAT TAKE THE TICKETS TOLD US THAT WE MUST!!!!!!!!!!! WALK AROUND THE TRACK ON THE ROAD TO THE NEXT GATE!!!!!! AS WE WALKED AWAY FROM THE TICKET BOOTH GATE AREA AND AROUND THE FENCE TO GO TO THE ROAD I WAS LUCKILY IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE A YELLOW SHORT HANDICAP SCHOOL BUS CAME BY AND HIT ME.
The bus hit me in the head, neck, left and right shoulder and in the back. My daughter Loryell was standing there screaming THE BUS DID NOT STOP!!!!!!!!!!! IT KEPT GOING!!!!!!!!! Two men in brown shirts with a logo on the left side came and helped me to the ground then one went and got a golf cart to rush us up to our gate' also where there was a medical office that i went in to see them right then. Plus a total of (5) FIVE TIMES DURING THE RACE. I had a large egg shaped knot on the back of my head where I had to keep loosening my hat, my vision in my left eye was blurry and the hearing on the left ear (sounded like a tunnel) also.
SINCE THEN BRISTOL LOST ALL RECORDS OF ME BEING SEEN THERE BUT THAT NIGHT WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO HAVE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THE VIDEO THAT SHOULD OF BEEN IN THE AREA WHERE I WAS HIT SOMEHOW IS MIA...... MISSING IN ACTION...They said "no buses were allowed up there during that time area"..... !!!????!!!!!!!
So I have really bad nerve damage. Loss of hearing and sight both on the left side. No. Feeling left in my left arm at all, loss of feeling in the last three fingers on both hands. Right hand fingers lock up straight. (4) Four torn disc in my neck. Left rotator cuff has a hole from blunt force hitting it, right one is so far gone if I hold a cup in that hand I spill it. I used to make amazing cakes and work with fondant I can't squeeze the icing out of the bags now due to strength and pain.
LORYELL HAS HAD NIGHTMARES THAT I AM GOING TO DIE EVERY NIGHT SO SHE IS HAVING PROBLEMS SLEEPING NOW AND DEALING WITH EVERYDAY LIFE!!*****************
BRISTOL DOESN'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING .... THEY WANT YOU TO PAY THEIR BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE READ. THIS AND SHARE THIS SITE WITH EVERYONE IT NEEDS TO GET OUT AROUND THE NEXTEL NASCAR WORLD MILITARY WORLD FAMILY WORLD YOUR DOLLARS ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THE BILL IF THEY DON'T OWN UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You pay for the Military's insurance, bills, coveragè
