This , we’re highlighting the sustainability efforts across our organization, including at the Cerity Partners Hall of Fame Open.
This year, we achieved a 92% return rate through our reusable cup program, diverted more than 22,000 pounds of waste through recycling and composting, and avoided more than 6,300 single-use plastic bottles through water refilling stations.
We also collected racquet string to be upcycled into more than 100 athletic shirts with https://brnw.ch/21x6cDi, while 186 guests offset their travel to the tournament. Across our food operations, 30% of produce was locally sourced and 95% of seafood was sustainably sourced.
These efforts helped us earn RIDEM Green Events Certification for the fourth consecutive year.
