💃🕺 Learn a complete dance routine in a fun, energetic class designed for all ages. No experience is necessary! The steps will be easy to follow, and the atmosphere will be welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

Join us for the Bloom Newport Community Celebration on May 16!

Ballet Folklorico Oregon Coast is honored to be part of this beautiful community event. We would like to thank the Performing Arts Center for inviting us and for supporting our community and the arts.

💐 We love to celebrate the array of cultures in our community during our festival. One of those celebrations has now become tradition. Local dance group Ballet Folklorico Oregon Coast will be performing on our main stage for their fifth year in a row! These dancers pay homage to their Mexican culture with dance, costume, and music in a dazzling display of color and energy. This is always one of the highlights of the event, so make sure to come enjoy this performance! 💐

💐 Nos encanta celebrar la diversidad cultural de nuestra comunidad durante nuestro festival. Una de esas celebraciones ya es tradición. ¡El grupo local de danza Ballet Folklorico Oregon Coast se presentará en nuestro escenario principal por cinco año consecutivo! Estos bailarines rinden homenaje a su cultura mexicana con danza, vestuario y música en un deslumbrante despliegue de color y energía. Celebrate Hispanic-American culture with food, music and family fun at the second annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at the Newport National Guard Armory this Saturday, May 2.

Please join us for a beautiful community celebration at the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta hosted by the Newport Chamber!

We are excited to share that Ballet Folklórico Oregon Coast will be performing as part of this special event. Come enjoy an evening filled with culture, music, and tradition.

Thank you to the Newport Chamber for inviting us—we are honored to be part of this wonderful community event. We hope to see you there!

This weekend, don’t miss the Loyalty Day Parade on Highway 101 starting at Safeway and making its way to Highway 20. The parade starts at noon. Immediately following is the Newport Community Cinco de Mayo Fiesta. Enjoy food, drink, artisans, local dancers and live music. Doors open 2pm until 6pm. This is a family friendly event with a kids zone.

💃 Free Folkloric Dance Class – Join Us! 🎶

Members of Ballet Folklorico Oregon Coast, in collaboration with Newport Parks and Recreation and the City of Newport, invite our community to join us for a FREE folkloric dance class at the Newport Recreation Center.

Come meet our dancers, enjoy traditional music, and learn some fun folkloric dance steps. No experience is needed—everyone is welcome!
