On Saturday, September 13, 2024, Plum Island will be awash with music as local residents open their porches, decks and patios to a variety of musicians and bands, and we invite you all to come join us for a magical, musical celebration on the Island. We are still jamming after all the FANTASTIC music at our incredible Halfway to PlumFest fundraiser last Sunday. All of these musicians donated their time AND all of their tips to our organization. Just like on PlumFest, the musicians are what make our event POSSIBLE, and we are SO grateful. Our performers were our Founders Cynthia & Kevin, Tom Hoatson and The Traveling Newburys, and Lonely Oak. The music kept everyone dancing, smiling and donating and we cannot thank you enough.

WHAT A DAY!
Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at our Halfway to PlumFest fundraiser. We had a RECORD-SETTING day and raised more than $11,000! We are overflowing with gratitude and will spend this week thanking so many people that made this possible. First up, we want to give a huge thanks to Jackie Mckenna who won the 50/50 raffle and donated her ENTIRE winnings back, which was $675! She said that each year she has bought a ticket and hoped she would win to make that donation. Jackie, you are the BEST and we love you.

We have a minimum bid of only $400 and we even have delivery options. PlumFest is proud to have sponsored the plants that have so lovingly been planted by the Plum Island Beautification committee. Thank you for making our island so beautiful!

This donation was one of six made by the PlumFest team with proceeds from the 2025 event. We also donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Lower Merrimack Valley, Our Neighbor's Table, NEF to buy drums for the Nock Middle School, Nourishing the North Shore and The Plum Island Foundation. We have given back $20,800 to our local community in the past year. Thanks to our volunteers, hosts and bands for making it possible!
