If you’re in Evansville tomorrow and want to support a great cause, please consider stopping by the Wesselman Park softball fields for lunch or an early dinner. PrimeTime will be onhand from 11 am to 5 pm serving a large assortment of foods, and Frost and Flames will also be onhand. A % of everything sold goes to Tri-State MS Association.

A quick update on our upcoming (Saturday, Sept. 14th) Strike Out MS slow-pitch softball tourney at the Wesselman's Park fields next to Swonder.

* We are still accepting co-ed teams (7 men and 3 women). All levels of ability are welcome! You can register your team here: https://www.facebook.com/share/pqUGy4UiR439SCB3/
* Play will begin at 8 a.m.
* In addition to some great softball, we will have co****le, washers, a silent auction and half-pot drawings.
* Prime Time Newburgh and Frost & Flames will be on-hand serving food and treats during the day. A portion of all purchases goes back to TSMSA.

Hello! It has been quite awhile since we have posted to this page. We have some really exciting news to share: after a long hiatus, Strike Out MS is back, only in a new form.

On Saturday, Sept. 14th, we will be hosting the first ever Strike Out MS co-ed slow-pitch softball event. All credit for this goes to tourney organizer Joey Oldham, who is generously partnering with us on this event.

Here's what you need to know:
* Now is the time to assemble and register your team (7 men and 3 women). You can register your team here: https://www.facebook.com/share/pqUGy4UiR439SCB3/
* We will start at 8 a.m. and play until we have a winner.
* In addition to some great softball, we will have co****le, washers, raffles, half-pot drawings and more.
* Prime Time Newburgh will have their food truck on hand for lunch and dinner, selling everything from pulled pork, burgers and chicken wraps to kids meals, loaded fries, pretzels and drinks.

Additionally, if you want to learn about becoming an event sponsor (we will be creating and posting sponsor signs at the event), or if you would like to make a raffle donation, please contact Tri-State MS Association Executive Director Tina Reed at [email protected] or 812-423-5943.

I have heard from a couple of folks that it’s a challenge right now, with everything else you have going on, to get re-registered on the new USSSA site and signed up for tourneys. While everyone will need to sign up on the site between now and the event, if you already know you are planning to play in Strike Out MS, please feel free to text (812-204-0072) or email ([email protected]) and give me a heads up. That would be really helpful as we plan the event.

Also, if you would, please spread the word about Strike Out MS. It will be a fun event for a great cause.
