• Operational documents filing and management (Rental collection form/file, Invoices and receipts, Balance sheets, etc.)
• Organize, analyze and report operational data
• Responsible for daily operation purchasing or administrative work

• Responsible for daily hub tour and regularly visit tenants

• Arrange and distribute all tenants’ letter or packages as needed

• Monitors rental and other charges collection and minimizes the arrears;

• Responsible for daily operation and management and maintains good relationship with tenants

• Improves quality of tenant mix;

• Assisting manager to develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to achieve leasing target

• Build up relationships with local governments, media and enterprises for further cooperation and marketing promotion

• Marketing and branding

• Report directly to the Headquarter regularly

Job Requirements:

• Around one-year of work experience

• Presentable and professional, and with good customer’s services skill

• Initiative, outgoing with good negotiation skills
