Newark Battle of the Badges

Newark Battle of the Badges Newark Battle of the Badges is an annual charity slow pitch softball tournament played by your local first responders.

Teams are comprised of police and fire agencies who battle it out to be crowned champion and bring home the bragging rights!

Tournament Results!! 🚨🚨

We first want to say Thank You to all the fans, players, umpires and staff who braved the heat and humidity all day to watch some fun and competitive softball.

After going 0-2 in Pool Play and landing the number 7 seed, West Licking Fire Department battled back and are your 2025 Battle of the Badges Champions. This is their 4th consecutive win. Congratulations!
