We are saddened to hear of the passing of drummer, percussionist, and composer David F. Gibson.

From touring with the Count Basie Orchestra to performing with jazz legends like Joe Williams, Clark Terry, and the Sun Ra Arkestra, his artistry and swing left an indelible mark on the jazz world.

Rest in swing, David 🖤🥁🎶
