Our mission is to create an accessible, all-ages music venue in Midtown, Manhattan that offers a comfortable and reliable performance space for the audience as well as underground and/or less-experienced musicians. The venue will promote and enhance the creation of new artists and their music through live performances that offer a unique and intimate experience for both the artist and aud

-We will offer affordable ticket prices for young students and professionals.
-This is an age inclusive where only those with valid ID’s will be served alcohol once in the venue.
-Our location will be in Midtown, Manhattan where all Manhattan residents can easily attend.

-We will offer frequent and consistent shows during all nights of the week.
-Live performances will be accompanied by professional sound equipment to better showcase the talents of the bands.
• Hospitality
-The audience should feel comfortable enough with the personnel to approach them personally and offer suggestions for future acts as well as suggestions for the venue as a whole.
-We will also offer guidance to the bands that have never toured in Manhattan such as affordable hotels, restaurants, and transportation.
• Community
-We plan to create a tightly knit community of aspiring musicians and bands in Midtown, Manhattan.
-As a venue, we want to establish a professional relationship with bands so that they will continually play our venue even if their success has outgrown our venue’s capacities.
-Within our venue, we hope the presence from investors such as record labels will create a viable opportunity for unexposed artists to have success in the music industry.
-On a nightly basis we hope to have record label representatives, promoters, booking agents, undiscovered artists, and fans in the same room so as to foster an in-house music community where opportunities can arise for all parties.

-Our venue will be a party atmosphere but we want the audience and bands to always feel safe.
-Due to the small size of our venue, we will maintain a maximum number of attendees so as to allow the audience to feel comfortable and not overwhelmed by crowds of people. VISION:
We envision a future in which Midtown, Manhattan is the hub of the underground music scene where opportunities for aspiring musicians are limitless. The creative potentiality for a DIY venue in Midtown is infinite. Midtown will reclaim the trendy music scene from Brooklyn and reestablish itself in the heart of New York City attracting students and young professionals as well as members of the recorded music industry. The demands of audiences who are under the age of 21 as well as the demands of audiences who are unwillingly to travel to Brooklyn in order to access new music and artists will be fulfilled. The Crowne Royal will serve as the foundation of the new music hub created in Midtown. Due to the presence of label executives and promoters, our venue will be seen as an innovator or a stepping-stone to enter into the music industry. Artists will seek to play our venue as a means to attain a record deal and due to our personal relationship with the artists, there will remain a desire to come back and showcase new music at The Crowne Royal.
