At the intersection of material research, sculpture, and design, Yelyzaveta Rudenok () explores new possibilities for everyday materials.

Her Tetra Series transforms discarded Tetra Pak cartons into design elements, pairing them with hand-carved wooden structures to challenge conventional ideas of value, function, and collectibility. Through the dialogue between mass-produced waste and crafted objects, the work invites us to reconsider the relationship between material, consumption, and design.

Based in Vienna, Rudenok’s interdisciplinary practice spans sculptural objects and performance, drawing on themes of perception, embodiment, and transformation.

How can industry, education, and emerging talent come together to shape the future of design?

During Milan Design Week 2026, Honda R&D, La Fonte, .design and WantedDesign brought the Dream Design Driven (DDD) Workshop to Milan, bringing together students from leading Italian design schools for an intensive five-day program exploring the future of mobility.

Working in multidisciplinary teams, participants used storytelling, strategic foresight, and human-centered design to imagine new relationships between people, movement, and society.

The workshop demonstrated the value of collaboration between academia and industry, creating a space for experimentation, dialogue, and innovation.
