This one feels special. Join us for the weekend with misty mornings, a warm lodge to gather in, a 30 foot yurt for our practices.

We’ll move, breathe, connect, laugh, and drop into the kind of presence that is much easier to access when you step away from the noise of everyday life and into nature with a small group of committed humans.

These weekends tend to fill right at the end, and with only fifteen spots total the container stays intimate and powerful.

ONLY 5 SPOTS LEFT!!!

And I want to speak directly to the part of you that already knows.

Wildsong is 150 acres of forest and field in upstate New York. Mist in the mornings. Sauna in the evenings. A 30 foot yurt where we gather for movement, meditation, and the kind of conversations that don’t usually happen in everyday life.

Voyage Into Presence is not a high intensity breakthrough weekend.
It is something rarer.

It is depth without force.
Connection without performance.
Transformation that actually integrates.

We will move. We will breathe. We will sit in stillness. We will laugh.

We will eat incredibly well thanks to Chef Chris, who will be nourishing us all weekend with meals that feel as intentional as the work itself.

VIP in Ottawa is complete! We started on Valentine’s Day and ended just in time for the start of the fire horse year.

So much love for Temple Nova and all who trust them enough to attend VIP. So much love for the assistants, my teachers, and most especially all those who attended and went deep!
