TIME SPANS Festival The Earle Brown Music Foundation presents the TIME SPANS Festival, a multi-week festival in New York Artistic Director for TIME SPANS is Thomas Fichter.

TIME SPANS is dedicated primarily to the presentation of twenty-first century music. The festival is produced and presented by the Earle Brown Music Foundation Charitable Trust.

Tonight, the Saviet/Houston Duo gives the U.S. premiere of composer Sarah Hennies' 'The Blue Hour.' This 90-minute piece for violin and piano explores the phenomenon of lucid dreaming. The recipient of the 2024 United States Artists Fellowship, Hennies is known for deeply personal, exploratory minimalist works. Tickets are still available to this performance! Experimentalstudio is back at TIME:SPANS again tonight with the world premiere of Kelley Sheehan's 'O Maria' and the U.S. premiere of Philippe Manoury's ' Le temps, mode d'emploi.' While tickets are sold out for tonight + tomorrow's shows, tickets are still avaialble for Sunday's Saviet/Houston Duo performance feat. the U.S. premiere of composer Sarah Hennies' 'The Blue Hour.'
