Amy Chu is a groundbreaking comic book author and one of BACC's favorites.
Her 2025 team up with artist Andrea Di Vito for Emma Frost: The White Queen, a 5 issue Marvel limited series is epic. It sold out in weeks, and has now been published as a graphic book.

November 21, our guest Alitha Evelyn Martinez is just amazing. Artist, writer, professor, producer, Alitha is a breakthrough artist, creatively and in the cultural politics of comic book production as the first Black woman to draw flagship titles for both Marvel and DC Comics. Winner of both Eisner and GLAAD awards, with Marvel, DC, and Image, with titles from Spiderman, MoonGirl, X-Men, to Archie, and her own production company Ariotstorm she has been reshaping the visual landscape of modern mainstream superheroes.

We are kicking off our 30th year with this show, and are so thankful for all of the concern, love and support you have shown us.
