Navigating that particularly tricky combo of tired & wired, buzzy & beat? Come carve out time to pause, reset and nourish in a new open level movement class for adults starting this Monday.
✨Home Practice: Mindful Movement to Rebalance and Reset✨ Drawing on accessible, feel-good fundamentals from modern dance, ballet, yoga, breathwork, and beyond, we will strengthen, condition and enliven our bodies, hone our awareness of alignment, and balance it all out with a good dose of techniques to unwind and deeply relax. Everyone is welcome, regardless of movement background or ability - modifications and tailored suggestions will be provided. Mondays, 6-7pm EDT, on Zoom, Oct 5th - Nov 2nd.
