Guess what?? We have moved into our offices at Durham Springs Culinary Event Center. It looks like we should be opening Cascade the restaurant the end of October/beginning of November. The journey is almost over!!

Okay, start drooling!! Here is just a sample of the food you will be able to savor at Cascade the restaurant: 1. Parker House Rolls, 2. Tagliatelle Pasta with Shrimp, Olives and Aleppo Pepper, 3. Beef Tenderloin with Chanterelles, Polenta Cake and Truffle Sauce 5. Farmhouse Cheese Board.

The Cascade Lodge, a popular dining destination that closed a couple years ago after more than 70 years of business in Durham Township, is being transformed into Durham Springs Culinary Event Center and Cascade: The Restaurant at Durham Springs. The business is expected to open in early fall.
