Charging Across America Challenge 2022 2 Riders on 2 Wheels * 11 States * 5812 Miles * Zero Emissions * Zero Noise

Taking after the 1971 Cannonball tradition, follow as two riders attempt breaking the Cannonball cross-country electric motorcycle record of 178 hours and 17 minutes piloting Energica electric motorcycles. Both riders will simultaneously ride coast-to-coast in opposite directions along the 2,906-mile route of the original Cannonball Run, creating a unique “race within a race.”

Here is an update about my truck. I just got it back after five months and three shops let's hope and pray it will be ok and everything is done right. I would like to thank everyone that helped to get it done. Now comes paying the bills and going to court now to get reimbursed for all the charges that the insurance company will not pay. Please wish us luck with that one.

Thank you, Steven, for your incredible perseverance in pulling off this record-breaking, coast-to-coast journey. Clinching victory in our inaugural Charging Across America Challenge—it will be an unforgettable memory for all of us!

Cheers also to event founder Robert Swartz (pictured in photos 3-4), the heart and soul of our team, and the westbound e-motorcycle rider for the campaign. Driving a 2022 Energica EVA EsseEsse9, he journeyed 1,000+ miles (from New York City to Morris, Illinois), much of it through treacherous snow and freezing rain. While unavoidable circumstances forced him to depart the event early, the owner of Energica of New England and Rob's Dyno Service eagerly looks forward to making a comeback at Charging Across America Challenge 2023!

HE DID IT!!! 🥳🎉🥳🎉 Steven Day reached New York City's Red Ball Garage at 9:30 p.m. (ET) today, making him America's new Cannonball cross-country e-motorcycle record holder!

The trip starting on Monday, 4/18/22, at The Portofino Hotel & Marina in Redondo Beach, California, took Steven 111 hours and 30 minutes to complete riding his 2021 Energica EVA Ribelle. He beat the previous record of 178 hours and 17 minutes by nearly 67 hours! 💪
