Stefan (sous chef at E Y V A L) brings his mirza inspired toppings to his pizza. The Smokey eggplant tomatoe sauce is complemented by the creamy sheep milk feta cheese and cut with a fresh mint oil. It’s a flavor explosion that leaves you wanting more.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

Slices will be made throughout the day, noon to 6pm. Come at noon, come at 5. No rush to get there right at the start.

ABOUT ALLERGIES

Menus will list allergens, but we can’t accommodate gluten-free or dairy-free requests.
