New Ulm has been selected to host the You Make the Difference Workshop featuring nationally recognized speaker Ian Hill — a unique opportunity brought to our community through the Brown County Free Fair.

This free workshop is designed to support:
• Fair boards and volunteers
• Board and committee members
• Civic leaders and community organizations

You’ll gain practical strategies to strengthen leadership, recruit and retain volunteers, and build long-term sustainability.
