It's time to apply for the 2026 New Paris Applefest!! 🍎

Attached is the vendor form that can be filled out and mailed in with cash or check. Our form will be available online soon as we are still undergoing a website update. We will update you here first when online registration is available.

Early bird rates are due before June 1st, 2026.

When applying, it's required to email a clear image of your logo or a product and a share a thorough description to be used in your online spotlight.

Spots are already beginning to fill up quickly and please note that we will limit repeat booth types to ensure we have a solid variety!!

It takes a village… and ours is pretty incredible. 🖤
Our beloved events here in New Paris simply would not be possible without the helping hands behind every booth, activity, and welcome table. From set-up to clean-up and everything in between, it’s our volunteers who make all of our festival magic happen.
Here’s the best part...
Many employers also allow you to count those hours as community service time, making it a win-win for everyone involved!
And let’s be honest… it’s way more fun when you sign up with your friends, coworkers, or family. Make a memory while making a difference right here in your own community!!

A huge thank you to our amazing sponsors for helping make this year’s festival such a success!

We also want to give a special shoutout to the Village of New Paris for all the behind-the-scenes work—cleaning the streets, hanging flags, helping with traffic control, set up, tear down, and so much more. Your crew always goes above and beyond, and we couldn’t do this without you.

To Northwest Fire & EMS—thank you for keeping our community safe, helping with traffic, handling trash detail, and making sure our fireworks show went off with a bang. 🚒💥

And of course, to our incredible volunteers—though few in number, you were mighty in heart. Your help made a world of difference, and we are so grateful! (And hey, if you’d like to be part of the volunteer crew for next year, reach out—we’d love to have you!)
