Smothered NOLA Food Truck is Proudly operated by the Noel's. Our business started spontaneously because a festival we host yearly, "DADFEST" , loss a few vendors the day before the event, so we went out, got some supplies, a tent, and made the day a success. We noticed at the end of the event, that we were one of the top sellers and decided to capitalize. was born in June of 25 as a tent vendor. We purchased our in August of 25, and it's been rolling since. The transition was QUICK, but we adjusted well.
So... that's some of the back story, but we have an issue. We purchased a Huge Used Truck from a family who's business was "Cajun On The Go". We are sMotheredNOLA but there tag is undeniably more visible, so they are getting some of our Shout-outs. We Will get wrapped properly, soon enough, but in the mean time in-between time. We Are SmotheredNOLA 😃
