Tomorrow might, join our hostess with the mostest, Laveau Contraire, and a cast of deplorables for Qu**rs of Comedy at the one and only Oz New Orleans! Starting at 8:30, this show features drag, comedy, and probably some unsavory language. A perfect way to kick off Southern Decadence!
Friday night, catch Vanessa Carr Kennedy, Monica Synclaire-Kennedy, and I, as we host the Former Grand Marshals’ show at the home of Southern Decadence, The Golden Lantern. Former Grand Marshals and guests showcase some of the city’s best in entertainment, and you could meet this year’s Grand Marshals while you’re there!
Sunday, join the current SDGMs, Rachel H. Thompson, Romy Thompson, Milan Nicole Sherry, Sam Smith, Bobby Wagstaff Mackie, and Sarah Manowitz, as they lead a fabulous procession of entourages, former GMs, and marching and dancing groups through the French Quarter with all of the requisite pomp and circumstance, and of course, fabulous costumes!
