If you're wondering if a particular cosplay is allowed, ask yourself a few simple questions:

Does your "cosplay" include an AR? Body armor/bullet-proof vest? Tactical gear? Does it look like you'd be deployed into a city to "quell unrest"? Do you look indistinguishable from the guys whose job it is to sn**ch people off the street and throw them into unmarked vans?

If you're unsure, come as Scooby Doo.
