Carnival planning is in full swing. The carnival committee just finished talks with all the vendors to put on a great show for this year in May 2016. Patrick Delaney has passed the torch to John Blake Jr. as the carnival committee chairman and we are all excited. All of us at the Elks are thankful for all the years that Patrick gave us as carnival chairman. We wish him good luck on his promotion at work and he will be missed. Another Elks Carnival has passed.
