Cross Roads Music Fest Cross Roads Fest Music Fest is a series of concerts that highlight VA talent for all to enjoy. Every event is FREE ADMISSION! This is a family friendly event!

Come on out to New Market's annual Summer Music Series, Cross Roads Fest! Enjoy the sounds of the Shenandoah Valley on four separate occasions this summer at our beautiful Rebel Baseball Park! Tents are allowed but we ask that they be set up behind the crowd sitting on the field. Bands who are featured in our summer music series display local talent and feature their own written music along with w

onderful covers! We try each year to provide our community with a free event that offers a variety of music. We have delicious local food vendors so we ask that you to not bring your own food and drink and please support our vendors! There is also a beer and wine garden featuring local craft and domestic options available for purchase! Parking is located behind the New Market Community Center. Bring a blanket or chair and enjoy an evening of local music, food and brews! Well… the pool is ready for summer, but the weather clearly missed the memo.

Due to rain and cooler temperatures this weekend, we’ll be postponing the pool opening. The pool will remain closed on Saturday, May 23rd. We know everyone was excited to kick off the season, and we appreciate your patience while we wait for the actual pool weather to return.

Stay tuned if the pool will open on Sunday. We sure need the rain, so we will wait it out!

The weather is giving more “movie marathon on the couch” than “Movie Night in the Park,” so our Movie Night that was scheduled for Saturday, May 23rd has been canceled due to the weather.

As much as we were looking forward to a night under the stars, we sure do need the rain! Thank you for understanding, and we hope to see everyone at the next Movie Night.
