The Bazus OPENING AUGUST OF 2022

THE BAZUS BUILDING CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION IS TO OPEN AS A PREMIER EVENT VENUE LOCATED IN THE HEART OF NEW IBERIA’S DOWNTOWN.

ORIGINALLY THE IBERIA HOUSE AND LATER RENAMED THE BAZUS HOTEL AND RESTAURANT WAS BUILT IN THE 1850’S BY LAURENT BAZUS. FAMILY DESCENDANTS ARE USING ORIGINAL COMPONENTS AND FEATURES TO RECREATE THIS TREASURE. CONSIDERED THE OLDEST EXISTING STRUCTURE IN THE DOWNTOWN HISTORIC DISTRICT, IT WILL OFFER A UNIQUE AND ELEGANT SETTING FOR REHEARSAL DINNERS, PARTIES, SHOWERS,BUSINESS EVENTS AND MORE….
