As Washington Crossing Historic Park approaches the 250th anniversary of General George Washington’s Crossing of the Delaware, our focus this year centers on transformative initiatives and once-in-a-lifetime commemorative programming. This milestone presents an extraordinary opportunity to elevate the park experience, invest in meaningful site enhancements, and create events that reflect the historic significance of this anniversary.

With that focus in mind, Brewfest and Wine on the Waterfront will pause for 2026. These events have been incredibly fun and meaningful traditions, and this break allows us the space to thoughtfully reimagine them with an eye toward returning in 2027 in a refreshed and exciting way.

In the meantime, we invite you to be part of something truly historic. From major restorations like the rehabilitation of McConkey’s Ferry Inn and capital upgrades to the Thompson-Neely Grist Mill, to dynamic visitor experiences like the Durham Boat Project and an enhanced 2026 community celebration for Independence Day, there are so many 2026 initiatives to look forward to. The event will be held on Saturday, May 3, from 12:30 to 4:30 PM on the scenic park grounds at 1638 River Road, New Hope, PA. It’s the perfect setting to sip, savor, and socialize while enjoying beverages from dozens of renowned breweries. You have the chance to win two free General Admission tickets by entering the social media caption contest during the month of March 🎟️

We've just updated our list of participating breweries for Washington Crossing Brewfest 2024: www.washingtoncrossingbrewfest.com 🍻There are some returning favorites and some new additions, including hard ciders, kombuchas, seltzers, and spiked teas 😲 Today is the last day to get fee free tickets in person at the Washington Crossing Visitor Center (1112 River Road Washington Crossing, PA 18977) 📍 Make sure you order by 4:00 pm!

It's time to announce our Washington Crossing Historic Park's 2024 Brewfest “Caption This Photo” contest results. We asked you to write the funniest caption you could think of for this photograph, and you did NOT disappoint. Entries were also submitted via social media and email at [email protected].

Due to an overwhelming number of responses, we have decided to award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes:
· 1st Place: Here’s to “Rum-ing” out the Redcoats !!!! - 2 free tickets PLUS a t-shirt, hoodie, and hat from the Visit Bucks County Ale Trail
