ATTENTION VENDORS: The below message was emailed to you yesterday along with a digital copy of the 2026 LCCTC Fall Festival Early Bird Application. Do not miss our upcoming deadline to reap the benefits as a returning vendor!
"Good Morning Vendors,
We hope this email finds you well.
We organizers for the LCCTC Fall Festival wanted to reach out to each of you personally to remind you of the opportunity for returning vendors to fast-track through our application process and secure preferred, priority booth space using our early bird application for next year's event on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Included in your 2025 Vendor Packet that was placed at your booth space was a paper copy of our 2026 LCCTC Fall Festival Early Bird Application for you to complete and return at your convenience. For easy access, we have also attached a digital copy of the application to this email in case you misplaced the paper copy. The deadline for the return of the early bird application is a postmark date of December 31, 2025. This date is quickly approaching and we do not want the hustle and bustle of the holiday season to cause you to miss our deadline and the benefits associated with applying early.
All vendor rules/regulations and any additional information you may need to apply are included in both the paper packet and the digital attachment. Please complete and mail us a paper copy of the 2026 LCCTC Fall Festival Early Bird Application and Hold Harmless agreement on pages 4 & 5 along with your payment to secure your booth space for 2026. If you have a preference for booth space (specific building location or booth number), please indicate your preference somewhere on the application. As always, we do not accept digital means of application/payment due to the prevalence of vendor scamming.
Starting January 1, 2026, Standard Applications will be open to any vendor, new and returning, interested in our event. As a returning vendor, you are still welcome to apply after December 31st, but you will no longer be able to use the Early Bird Application or fast forward through our process. You must email us to begin at Step 1 with the screening process just as any new vendor would and you must use our Standard Application to apply. Additionally, you will no longer have the ability to receive a priority booth location or hand select your space.
Thank you to those of you who have already completed and submitted your application! Your booth space is secured. Like years prior, we again anticipate to sell out of vendor space months in advance. Please don't hesitate to secure your space now.
We would also like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU! Because of your prior participation in the Fall Festival and our fundraising efforts, so far this year, we have been able to make substantial donations to several local and national non-profit organizations, help fund our LCCTC Weekend Food Pantry bags, restock our LCCTC Hygiene/Linen Closet and LCCTC Clothing Boutique, contribute towards the expenses of several school activities and field trip opportunities that would have not otherwise been possible, and bless just shy of 50 LCCTC families with a full thanksgiving meal.
