Love weddings, celebrations, and being the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? We may have a spot for you at Gruene Estate.

We’re looking for Event Concierges to join our team on a part-time, event-based schedule, supporting weddings and special events throughout the property.

What you’ll be doing:
🤍 Welcoming couples, families & vendors
✨ Helping with venue setup & breakdown
🎶 Assisting with chapel sound & event details
🔥 Managing candles, firepits & sparklers
🚜 Helping with golf cart transportation & parking
🌿 Keeping the venue guest-ready throughout the event
💍 Working alongside couples, coordinators & vendors to help create an unforgettable experience

This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and enjoys making people feel taken care of. Evening and weekend availability is required.
