🐑💥 Mutton Bustin’ is back, and we've got an important update for parents!

This year, registration will be different. There is no advance sign-up. Registration will be walk-up only on the night of the event, and participation is limited to the first 40 kids who register.

Young cowboys and cowgirls will have the chance to test their grit in one of the rodeo's most beloved traditions. It's fast-paced, exciting, and always a crowd favorite!

⏰ Arrive early if your child wants to participate—the first 40 kids will get their chance to ride! Registration opens at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, June 13. Mutton busting begins at 5:30.

🌸 A huge thank you to our community partners for helping the Sangamon County Fairgrounds look its best!

We are grateful to Westside 4-H for planting flowers and donating planters, New Berlin and Franklin FFA for donating soil and beautiful flowers, and Farm and Home West for their generous flower donation.

Your support adds color, life, and pride to the fairgrounds and helps create a welcoming space for all fairgoers. We truly appreciate your time, effort, and commitment to the fair and our community.
