Fair entries are due today, June 1st. Once entires were approved, you should have received a confirmation email. Please make sure all entries were approved. If something got rejected it will tell you why and you can reenter into the correct class. If you have questions, please reach out to Marisa at 417-389-6929 or email at

We still have sponsorships available for this year’s fair. We’re specifically looking for buckle sponsors. We’ve got several species available. If your business or family is interested, please let us know!

❗️ Fair Entries ❗️

ALL entries are DUE JUNE 1st! This includes fair entries, camper spots, peewee show, and fair royalty entries. Fair entries are all online again this year and all of the other items need to be mailed in. You can find the registration forms in the Fairbook, or print them off through the Fairbook link on the fair entry website.

Don’t forget to submit your shirt designs!

Back again this year! Design this year's fair shirt. Each youth exhibitor will receive a shirt. Submissions for artwork are due June 1st. Winners will be announced by mid-June.

Put on your creative caps and submit your designs!

Fair entries are OPEN & fairbooks are READY! Books can be picked up from your 4-H Leader or FFA Advisor, local ag businesses or the Extension Office.
