Weekend and Thursday Single Day Passes for are SOLD OUT, and there are a limited number of Friday and Saturday Single Day Passes left 🎉

We're beyond grateful to everyone who purchased a pass, signed up to volunteer, helped spread the word, or donated in support of NMF and Stuart's Opera House. Reaching this milestone in our 20th year is something we'll never take for granted, and it's only possible because of this incredible community.

We can't wait to reunite at Snow Fork to celebrate 20 years of music, art, and community together June 18–20!

Our final stop on this 20-year walk through NMF history is 2025!

Last year’s festival took place June 20-22 for its 19th year and featured headliners Charley Crockett, Waxahatchee, and Taj Mahal. The weekend also included performances by MJ Lenderman, Watchhouse, The War and Treaty, Ocie Elliott, DEHD, Black Lips, BALTHVS, Pachyman, The Bug Club, Charlie Parr, Southern Avenue, Esther Rose, Being Dead, Low Cut Connie, and many more.

Thank you all for going on this walk down memory lane with us and for being such a special part of NMF’s story over the years. Looking back through these photos has been a reminder of just how incredible this community is.

Now it's time to make some new memories. We can't wait to celebrate 20 years of NMF with all of you in 2 weeks!

As we get ready for , we want to take a moment to thank WOUB Public Media and Ohio University School of Media Arts & Studies for 10 amazing seasons of the Gladden House & Sycamore Sessions.

Unfortunately, due to the loss of federal funding following the closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, along with additional reductions in state funding, WOUB has faced significant budget reductions and is unable to continue investing in the production of Sycamore Sessions at this time.

We're incredibly grateful for this 10-year partnership and for the many students and staff who helped capture more than 140 performances and countless memories for our artists, attendees, and music fans around the world.

These recordings will be cherished for years to come, and we encourage you to support WOUB and your local public media stations. The role they play in informing, educating, and connecting our communities is more important than ever.

Our 20th anniversary walk through NMF history continues with 2024!

The 18th annual Nelsonville Music Festival took place July 26-28 and featured headliners Killer Mike, Courtney Barnett, and Thee Sacred Souls. The weekend also included performances by Indigo De Souza, Amyl and the Sniffers, Michael Hurley, Bonnie “Prince” Billy, John Vincent III, Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, The N**e Party, The Felice Brothers, Frankie and the Witch Fingers, The Heavy Heavy, Bob Mould, The Deslondes, LA LOM, Sheer Mag, and many more.

Every year holds memories we wish we could relive, but 2024 is one we find ourselves thinking about often. It was our last NMF with both Michael Hurley, whose presence and songs became part of the festival's identity, and Howard Folkes, a longtime supporter and the guiding force behind the NMF crew since 2009. Their legacy lives on in the spirit of this festival, and we miss them dearly.

Were you there in 2024? Share your favorite memories in the comments.
