❌️ Wanting something is easy. Everybody wants something.

What separates talk from results is what you do when no one is watching and motivation is gone. The early mornings. The boring reps. The days you’d rather scroll than work.

Dreams don’t respond to intention, they respond to behavior. You don’t rise to what you say you want, you sink to what you repeatedly do.

If your actions don’t match your ambition, stop lying to yourself. Either adjust the goal or raise the standard. Comfort is a choice. So is progress.🏆🔥
