Hello again, Friends, another beautiful day in the neighborhood, happy Memorial Day, and as we've said, many thanks to those and their families who have given so much for all of us. As part of our upcoming WISCO DIVE BAR WEEKEND, we're opening up early on Saturday, 10 AM, to begin registration for that day's COULEE REGION CO****LE TOURNAMENT. $40 per two person team, all the entry fees paid out in prize money and then some, registration from 10 - 10:45, tournament starts at 11 AM, all the details can be found at https://couleeregionco****le.com/. Many thanks also to the folks at Coulee Region Co****le for hosting! Come throw some bags and hear some live music (Thanks, joe g.!) next Saturday and, in the meantime, don't forget to love each other!

Hello Friends. Another beautiful day in the neighborhood, hope you're all enjoying your holiday weekend, and many thanks to those who made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure that we all get to keep enjoying such weekends. A couple of random items as we approach our WISCO DIVE BAR WEEKEND next Friday through Sunday, MAY 29 - 31. We've come across an old wedding poster for Eileen Hoffman and Bob Bell. Not sure of the exact date of the wedding but it was quite some time ago so we don't know if Eileen or Bob are still with us. If they are, or if a family member sees this post, you're welcome to have this very cool memento (we've already got another one framed and hanging in the Dome). Just message us here, or email us through our website (silverdomeballroom.net), and we'll make some arrangements to get it to you.

Also, if anyone has some scaffolding they'd like to loan us for a day, we'd love to use it to dust off the massive mirror ball in the Dome. Probably hasn't been dusted in well over thirty years, about time, right? Like to do it Wednesday or Thursday if possible. Many thanks to anyone who can help us out and, of course, we'll return the favor with some comps to some shows, free drinks, something like that.

And finally, for all you Old Time Dancers out there, like those who attended Eileen and Bob's wedding dance, don't forget to mark your calendars for those perennial Midwest favorites, the RHYTHM PLAYBOYS next Sunday, May 31st. Doors at 12:30, music from 1 - 4 PM. Hope to see you all next weekend and, in the meantime, don't forget to love each other!

Hello Friends. Gloomy day in the neighborhood but a little rain is needed and welcome. Looking to add another local maple syrup producer or two to our Maple Syrup Tasting during our WISCO DIVE BAR WEEKEND, particularly someone who uses a reverse osmosis process. Hello Friends. Another beautiful day in the neighborhood and a random post here. One by-product of our new bar stools is that we've got these empty boxes we don't need, a dozen or more left, approximately 22 x 21 x 19. Yours if you want them or they're going in the firepit during WISCO DIVE BAR WEEKEND. First response either here or in messenger can have them and you can pick them up from mid-Friday afternoon through the weekend, or some other time by arrangement. Have at it and don't forget to love each other!

Hello Friends and what a beautiful day in the neighborhood! This post is for our four wheelin' Friends with many thanks to our newfound Friends at DOGS ON HOGS & MORE, who have organized a free group four wheel ride on SATURDAY, MAY 30th as part of our WISCO DIVE BAR WEEKEND. The ride will leave the neighboring SPEAKEASY SALOON (II) at Noon and head north to and around the Rock Dam Lake area, with at least one stop at Aka Lakeside, followed by more tooling around the area before returning to the Speakeasy / Silver Dome for happy hour, dinner, live music and the conclusion of the Coulee Region Co****le Tournament. More details about the COULEE REGION CO****LE TOURNAMENT in the days to come, including sign-up details of course. So mark your calendars and ready your rides for Saturday, May 30th with DOGS ON HOGS & MORE and, in the meantime, check out their YouTube and pages and, as always, don't foget to love each other!

Hello Friends. It's another beautiful day in the neighborhood, even if it IS a Monday. We're about to engrave the name plates for our new bar stools but we've got a couple people who haven't followed up just yet and need to know if they still want their name on a stool? We don't want to embarass anyone by calling them out by name but let's just say their initials are BG and JU. So, please, reach out to us somehow very soon, as we'd like to get this done and the name plates attached by the time of our WISCO DIVE BAR WEEKEND on May 29-31. Hello Friends. It's a beautiful and chilly day in the neighborhood but we're nonetheless excited about our upcoming WISCO DIVE BAR WEEKEND event, starting with a BLUES PARTY on FRIDAY, MAY 29th. We'd like to wish our BLUES PARTY headliner, KENT BURNSIDE, the best of luck at tonight's national Blues Music Awards in Memphis, where his current album, Hill County Blood, is nominated for best Blues-Rock Album of the Year. Come and check out this nationally renowned Blues artist on May 29th and good luck tonight, Kent!
